Make your selection in the Google Form – if you need the link to your responses, send an email to collegiatesorosis@gmail.com to request your unique link. Since these items are made to order, payment must be made by June 1, 2023. You may pay one of three ways:
Venmo to @LesRez (please include name and email so I can match it to your form response)
By Check or by Square Invoice that you can pay online:
Email collegiatesorosis@gmail.com for the address or to generate an invoice.
If you cannot attend, you can still order a Swag Bag to be mailed to you. Simply add $5 for shipping and handling when you make your payment. Or if you would simply like a digital copy of the pledge book, it can be emailed for free to you once it is complete.
